On 26th January 2023, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles launched a new Augmented Reality (AR) experience for customers to virtually explore the ID. Buzz range. The all-electric vehicles are now available for test drives and the AR tool serves as the latest digital addition to Volkswagen's offerings. The innovative experience allows customers to explore a life-size 3D model of the ID. Buzz by scanning a QR code on their devices. This tool can be accessed from anywhere and provides customers with the ability to see the vehicle in their own parking space, making it easier for them to imagine how it would fit into their daily lives.
