USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE - Greenhous Vauxhall Shrewsbury

 

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join the Greenhous Vauxhall team. This is a superb opportunity to join a successful and professional organisation offering excellent career prospects.  A driving licence is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with selling Used vehicles and add-on products and services, as well as proactively prospecting for new customers.

You will be results driven, used to achieving (and exceeding!) performance targets.  If you are confident, self-motivated and a good communicator then you could be the person for us.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

A previous sales background, with a proven track record of delivering on targets, would be highly desirable.

Hours of Work:

Two week work pattern, including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays when required.

SERVICE ADVISOR - Renault Featherbed Lane

 

Reporting To: SERVICE MANAGER
An opportunity has arisen to join the Service team for Greenhous Renault as a Service Advisor. This role will be working from the Renault franchise at Featherbed Lane Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take customer bookings using the set job card process utilising diary system
  • Manage workload diary to fully utilise technician availability
  • Maintain good relationships with customers exceeding their expectations
  • Promote good housekeeping and tidiness within the working area
  • Ensure that customers are aware of all products and services available
  • Provide positive customer experience at all times
  • Ensure a high standard regarding personal presentation and that of the Service Department at all times
  • Carry out follow up telephone calls to increase workshop entries using Renault iCRM tool
  • Additional sales and service add on’s

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

  • Knowledge of current manufacturer procedures and standards
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Understand Greenhous targets and objectives
  • Remain positive in stressful and difficult situations
  • Demonstrate empathy to customers and colleague’s alike

Hours Of Work:

Monday to Friday 45 hours per week between 8.00 am and 6.00pm with one hour for lunch. Overtime on Saturdays on a Rota basis 8.30 am to 12.30pm

TRAINEE AFTERSALES ADVISOR - Greenhous Renault

 

Reporting To: SERVICE MANAGER
An opportunity has arisen to join the Service/Parts teams for Greenhous Renault as a Trainee Aftersales Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will cover both the Service and Parts departments with the following responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers bringing their vehicle for recall, service or repair.
  • Providing feedback to customers on their service / repair, including pricing of additional work when required, explaining the reasons fully and competently.
  • Ability to Up-sell our services and products where appropriate.
  • Preparing invoices and other relevant paperwork.
  • Issue courtesy cars, explaining insurance and operational details to the customer.
  • Administration duties including job card preparation.
  • Stock control. 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

  • Be organised, efficient and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Be flexible, energised, enthused and a team player.
  • Ability to add value and establish opportunity.
  • Previous experience not required as full training will be given.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week.  30 minutes for lunch and Saturday’s on a rota basis 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Reporting To: AFTERSALES MANAGER
A great opportunity has arisen to join the Parts Team at Greenhous Vauxhall as a Parts Delivery Driver.

Key Responsibilities:

To deliver vehicle parts to customers, using your own initiative to ensure our delivery service remains industry leading.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

  • Smart appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
  • Customer orientated.
  • Excellent communication skills and to be friendly and helpful.
  • Some heavy lifting is involved within this role.
  • Be able to upsell where possible and be on-board with current promotions.
  • Attention to detail critical.
  • Front counter knowledge advantageous as there is an opportunity to progress within the department.
  • Responsible for the presentation of your delivery vehicle.
  • Be able to build rapport amongst our trade customers.
  • Competent with Electronic based platforms.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm i.e. 40 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) flexibility is key to this position to meet the demands of the business.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced All Makes Truck and Trailer Parts Person to join our busy Parts Telesales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within a Busy Telesales office
  • Processing and upselling Commercial vehicle customer Parts requirements
  • Dealing with technical requests and using a host of product identification aids
  • Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers
  • Supporting and working with our external Parts Sales Team
  • Taking key roles in campaigns and targeted sales activity
  • Interacting with Customers that visit our premises
  • Satisfying internal Parts requirements and interacting with our busy Workshop team
  • Market information gathering
  • Liaising with key suppliers

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

  • Possess excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Have a wealth of knowledge gained from within the Commercial Vehicle sector
  • Be used to working to performance targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Full driving licence is essential

Hours Of Work:

  • Monday to Friday on a scheduled 45 hours per week rota
  • 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid)
  • To work alternate Saturday’s on a rota basis
  • Further overtime may be required throughout the week
