Martin Hill from Wolverhampton is the new Service Manager at the Marche Way dealership, where DAF trucks sales and servicing, parts and MOT work are handled.

    In February 2015, Shropshire based dealer group Greenhous purchased two Ford dealerships in Newtown and Welshpool in Mid-Wales from WR Davies. Over the last 18 months the Newtown Ford business has been redeveloped to accommodate a new Transit Centre. To help run the group’s first Ford outlets Greenhous employed Tony Mellish, who had wide fleet experience with Ford. Initially fleet and commercial manager, Mellish oversaw the rebuilding of Newtown and the creation of the Transit Centre. In January 2016 he took over as dealer principal.

    The CV Show at Birmingham’s NEC is the showpiece event for the commercial vehicle industry in the UK. As a franchise of DAF, Greenhous Commercials will be attending the show over the period Tuesday 25th to Thursday 27th April and will be welcoming many of its customers to the DAF stand.

    Greenhous Vauxhall in Trench Lock, Telford said goodbye today to service advisor, Clive Durose. Clive has retired after 14 years of service to the dealership. He was presented with some gifts by aftersales manager, Geoff Lowe in front of his assembled colleagues. We wish him health and happiness for the future.

    Greenhous DAF are sponsoring Chris Liston, who is engaged on a series of 20 long distance running events which will end with him running the New York Marathon on the 5th November 2017. He is running for the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
