Many people have heard of the bizarre extreme running experience called the ‘Mud Run’. This is where willing participants take part in a race to get round a course getting plastered with as much mud as possible and have fun on the way! Our own Andrew Burgess, fleet sales consultant at Vincent House, is about to embark on his 5th Mud Run of the year, taking part in the Shropshire Mud Run on the 14th November.
Never let it be said that the boys and girls at Greenhous DAF in Willenhall do not like dressing up! The annual charity event held at the dealership has once again transformed the DAF site into a scene of colour and frivolity as tributes to the Swinging 60’s were in abundance.

After 41 years of playing the venerable game of bowls at High Ercall, a set of unforeseen circumstances left the Ercall Magna Bowling Club, and its membership, without a venue for the second half of their season. However, the Bowring in Wellington hosted the Ercall Magna players and supporters throughout the remainder of the season, renaming the club ‘Ercall@Bowring’, and allowing its Finals Day to take place on Sunday 20th September.
Never slow to support charitable causes, the team at Greenhous Fleet have come up trumps with their cake sale containing virtually all home-made cakes. They are obviously Great British Bake-Off fans as they produced some tasty fare for their colleagues to scoff at leisure on The Macmillan Coffee Morning day last week.
