The Thompson Group has an enviable track record of creating systems to meet the most complex and demanding fire and security needs for every client. With more than 90 engineers supporting clients all over the country, the company demands vans that are reliable, easy to maintain, and cost effective to run; whilst also upholding its brand values and corporate image to the highest levels.
Scott Thompson, Managing Director of The Thompson Group said: “When it came to sourcing four additional large vans for our fleet, the Vauxhall Vivaro Sportive quickly stood out as the front runner, providing all of the features and benefits we were looking for.
“With over 18 years in business, we are well aware that buying the right van is only a small part of running a business fleet; but having worked with Christine Ward and her team at Greenhous van centre in the past, we were confident of the first class customer service and back up that we would receive.
“Operating timed response call outs as part of our service level agreements, we need to be sure that we can reach our clients whenever they need us; so the benefit of Greenhous’ service and parts departments being open 24 hours, from early Monday to Saturday lunchtime, and the use of loan vehicles whilst our vans are in for service really adds value to our business and in turn to our clients,” he continued.
Mr Thompson added that despite only having taken delivery of the vehicles at the beginning of April, the business was already seeing the benefits of switching to the Vivaros with engineers achieving an additional 100 miles per tank compared to previous vans with the same size tanks. Christine Ward, sales manager at the centre, said: “Greenhous has always made a point of putting customer satisfaction first, working with the customer to find the right vehicle to suit their needs. We’re delighted that The Thompson Group is so pleased with its investment and our service, and we look forward to a lasting relationship with them.”
