In order to gauge the customer experience that its clients receive, Greenhous adopts the JudgeService on line feedback facility that helps it to improve customer service by asking customers for opinions on areas such as used car sales and the after sales service received.

JudgeService send the customers surveys by email, SMS or post or ring them. The results are instantly available to the dealership. This means they can address issues or recognise excellent service straight away.
