Rear wheel drive chassis single cab/double cab
The rear wheel drive chassis single/double cab has increased towing weight capability and superior load stability in comparison to it's front-wheel drive counterpart but with the same flexibility. Again, available as a single-cab three-seater or double-cab seven-seater, with a low chassis floor for more usable space for your conversion and the ability to cope with harder, tougher jobs.
Conversions
The New Nissan Interstar is the ideal platform for a number of conversions bespoke or off-the-peg due to it's low and robust chassis.
New Nissan Interstar Tipper is available as a three seat single cab or as a 6 seat double cab. It's built for hard work but still boasts in-cab comfort. It's electronically powered load deck can be operated from inside the cab and tilts to 45° for quicker and easier unloading.
The new Nissan Interstar Box Van is ideal for light removals or bulky deliveries. Its sturdy body holds up to 22m³ of cargo and provides an internal length of over 4 metres.

All delivering powerful performance with fuel economy. Service intervals of up to 25,000 miles or every two years contribute to Interstar's Total Cost of Ownership.
Six-speed Manual Gearbox
A six speed gearbox is standard, offering easier pulling in the lower gears and more relaxed cruising in top. Mounted on the dashboard, the gear lever is conveniently placed and leaves floorspace free.
