Vauxhall quality processes have shown that some Astra and Zafira models built between 2004 and 2010, may have a potential fault with the steering column integrated module (CIM). This can affect the operation of the vehicle's horn.
In line with our commitment to customers, we've decided to call in potentially affected vehicles so that a Vauxhall Authorised Repairer, Greenhous, can check and, if necessary, repair them.
The work will, of course, be carried out free of charge, and in many cases it may be possible to complete the repair while you wait.
We apologise for this rare occurrence and thank you in advance for your co-operation.
