I have recently acquired a Mobility car from Greenhous Shrewsbury, and I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness & positive approach to my situation, especially Mr Mike Swift, who from my first contact, made me feel at ease & explained in detail, all I needed to know, I found him to be professional, knowledgeable & extremely courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, as indeed yourselves,to anybody else who unfortunately find's themselves in my position, being new to the world of Mobility, I was slightly apprehensive regarding the the process, but my fear's were allayed by Mike.
I'm sure that there are companies out there, that could learn a few thing's from your staff, especially Mike, and I would like to thank you for the service I received.

I bought my new Corsa SRI from Greenhous via Buyacar .
On Tuesday 21st June the car was delivered by one of your drivers, I was pleased with the car and the way it was delivered, the chap that delivered it may only be a delivery driver but I felt the need to contact your customer service department to express my extreme pleasure at his professional approach to the job he was doing.
I don't know the drivers name but I am sure you could find him easily and pass on my regards, it makes a real refreshing change to meet someone who takes pride in his job, this guy certainly did and I feel it only right that he should receive some kind of praise for his "beyond the call of duty approach" Many thanks.
I love the car, regards to all.
