Sales Manager

 

 𖡡 Greenhous Car Supermarket, Livingston
🗓 Covering 45 hours over a six-day working week. Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm,
Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
£ OTE up to £65,000.00 per annum.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to head up the Greenhous Car Supermarket operation at our Livingston site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements
of the business are met at all times.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Motivating and coaching a team of Sales Executives, driving them to exceed company targets.
  • Ensuring your team follow a sales process, helping and supporting the team to enhance conversion rates.
  • Focusing strongly on the dealerships F&I performance ensuring all customers are treated fairly and all products are
    presented professionally 100% of the time.
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction levels and continuously striving to deliver world class customer service.
  • Control used vehicle stocking levels within stocking parameters, ensuring all stock is advertised quickly and correctly,
    controlling used vehicle stock through preparation, driving your workshop colleagues to an agreed SLA, this will help
    stock turn.
  • Manage trade stock sales through Dealer Auction, aiming to have a trade car on site no longer than 7 days.
  • Actively engage with the Autotrader platform and your leads in the system, listening to inbound phone calls to help
    you with best practice and give you confidence your team are not wasting hot opportunities.
  • Completion of full deal packs to be checked for compliance and recording profitability.
  • Having a strong influence in your dealerships marketing plan and help creating content and bringing forward ideas to
    drive showroom footfall, taking the lead and initiative and encouraging your team to also get involved.
  •  Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and
    vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
