Site Administrator

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Site Administrator at our Upper Heyford site in Oxford, supporting both the logistics and operational management team with day to day admin tasks.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Logistics administration:
  • POD enquiries
  • Driver expense queries
  • Liaising with subcontractors
  • Driver set-up and monitoring (such as monitoring hours).
  • Reporting driver issues (whilst on deliveries).
  • Diary amendments.
  • Delivery changes.
  • Record and monitor driver assets (such as handheld devices and uniform).

• Site:
  • Record, monitor and submit payroll entries (overtime recording)
  • Manage uniform allocation.
  • Submit and manage invoices, ensuring they are recorded and submitted to finance.
  • Stationary.
  • Health and Safety ordering and monitoring, ensuring we are complaint across the site.
  • Facilities management, such as organisation, waste, building and cleaning.
  • Inbound arrival paper work (receipt documents and subsequent transit submission).
  • Deal with site exit issues, and ensure the system is correctly updated.
  • Deal with requests from the sales team (working with site management).

 

What we need from you:

• Experience in Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience of system platforms.
• Previous administration experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
