Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week. Half hour for lunch (unpaid)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Service Administrator to work within our busy Finance Department at Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton. You will strengthen the existing team and help us to provide excellent service to our five sites. We invest in our people so the job will provide ongoing training and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • To accurately register and post high volume of invoices on a daily basis.
  • To raise DAFAID sales invoices within given time frames.
  • To ensure R2C (customers system) is kept up-to-date and all queries are dealt with.
  • To deal with customer queries in a timely manner.
  • To liaise with suppliers for answers on queries.
  • Preparation of management reports, development and maintenance of spreadsheets.
  • Achieving monthly targets.
  • To provide cover of all reception duties e.g. answering telephone, dealing with incoming/outcoming post and filing of invoices.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties within the finance department.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements

  • Knowledge of Kerridge system would be an advantage.
  • Able to work under own initiative.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a team.
