Greenhous Fleet Services, Stoke on Trent is looking for an Apprentice Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Admin Department. Key Responsibilites:

You will receive training to enable you to:

  • Customer vehicles/arranging taxation and invoicing on Kerridge
  • Recording documentation accurately onto system (contract hire experience)
  • Pro-actively chasing any missing Vehicles (progress chasing)
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Cross referencing Delivery documentation and RAV documents for payment
  • Factory ordering Registrations and of new vehicles
  • Post duties
  • Perform any ad hoc duties within the Fleet Dept
  • Computer literate (Microsoft packages/CLAIT)
