Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. Shifts will be communicated weekly in advance. Occasional Saturday cover 8.30 am to 5.30 pm will also be required.

REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER

A great opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced candidate to join the Greenhous Nissan team as an Administrator / Customer Care Advisor. This is a new and varied position, requiring a flexible approach to an interesting and varied range of duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting Service customers, the day prior to their appointment, to confirm all details.
  • Contacting Service customers following their Service visit to ensure they were completely satisfied, and ensure resolution of any queries.
  • Assist in taking overflow Service booking calls at prime times or as required
  • Entering GDPR forms onto the DMS system.
  • Cover for the Showroom Hosts in event of holidays / sickness or other absences.
  • Assist with checking in New and Used Vehicle deliveries.
  • Assist in monthly Health & Safety Checks.
  • General administration duties for all departments.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements

  • A flexible approach with a willingness to adapt to changes.
  • Customer Focus: effectively managing communication with customer by email and telephone to provide relevant information.
  • People Skills: polite, confident and friendly. You will be required to interact with a diverse range of people daily.
  • Competent computer skills: candidates must be able to navigate between systems and switch between different applications with ease.
  • Professionalism is paramount for this role as you will often be the first point of contact for our customers.
