REPORTING TO: Finance Director

This role requires someone with experience of working in the finance team of a complex organisation and it is essential that you have experience of managing a team. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and have good working knowledge of MS Office packages

To Liaise with Vauxhall Manufacture and Directors from Greenhous, on issues for Funding on New Vehicles for Fleet.Role due to volume of Corporate customer obtained and strengthened over a long period of time.We offer ongoing training and a competitive Salary.

•Stock Report Extension

•Manufacture contracts and Matrix for Prices

•Credit Note process on weekly basis - Vauxhall

•Drivers Expenses and Logistics analysis

•Preparation of VAT data for MTD and PAYE reconciliations

•Reviewing of financial controls and identifying and implementing operational efficiencies

•Monthly Reporting

•ADP or Kerridge Experience

•Excel

•Debtors

•Working under pressure

•Proven Experience working in Account environment

• Accurate reporting.
• Highly IT Literate including Excel
• Debtors Experience
• Motor trade experience
• CIMA/ACCA

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 37.5 hours per week
