Working Hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) i.e. 37.5 hours per week. This will be in the office at Festival park Monday to Friday unless attending meetings.

Report To: Fleet Sales Manager

To be part of a successful Vauxhall Fleet sales team.

The expectation will be to deal with customers from a sales perspective and, in addition, deal with any after sales issues. The role will include supporting the sales and administration teams. Targets and SLA’s will be set on an annual basis by the Sales Manager and you will be expected to help achieve these targets. Support will be available from the Sales Manager to help achieve this goal.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Day to day running of house accounts, speaking with customers and key contacts.
  • Online order quoting and processing of new orders through Ebon Dac etc.
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
  • Help Greenhous to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.
  • To support both the sales and administration teams.
  • Arranging delivery of vehicles, liaising with transport and setting up in fleet database.
  • Updating Ebdon Dac and conforming to SLA set by lease companies.
