An opportunity has arisen to join the Service team at Greenhous DAF Telford as a Service Receptionist/Advisor.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
- Dealing with customers bringing their vehicle for service, repair, MOT or recall.
- Providing feedback to customers on their service or repair, including pricing of additional work when required, explaining the reasons fully and completely.
- Able to up-sell our services and products where appropriate.
- Issue courtesy cars, explaining insurance and operational details to the customer.
- General Administrative duties such as scheduling MOTs, repairs or other such servicing.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements |
- Customer service skills, including forging strong working relationships with our regular customers and dealing with difficult situations.
- Be organised, efficient and able to multi-task effectively.
- Be flexible, energised, enthused and a team player.
- A working technical understanding of vehicles is preferred but not required.
- IT skills are advantageous.
