REPORTING TO: SERVICE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warranty / Service Administrator to work within our busy Service department at Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton.
- Creating Retail, Warranty and Internal Invoices
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Use of Dealer management systems
- Resolving customer queries
- Photocopying, scanning documents as required
- Using Microsoft Word & Excel
- General office duties
- Previous experience desirable
- Knowledge of Kerridge system would be an advantage
- Able to work under own initiative
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week.
- One hour for lunch (unpaid)
