What can I expect if I choose to have my vehicle delivered?

Motorhous understand that when you purchase a vehicle either in person or online collection can sometimes be tricky as busy lives often mean time is a premium.

With our fully trained drivers, you can be sure your vehicle will arrive in perfect condition with enough fuel to be able for you to start your first journey. 

Collection or Delivery

We offer a range of delivery and collection solutions that fit in with our busy customer lifestyles. If you want to collect your new vehicle in person we will arrange a time that suits you to visit the showroom where your new vehicle will be fully prepped and awaiting your arrival, our sales executive will then finalise any outstanding paperwork with you before giving you a full tour of your new vehicle before explaining essential controls and then handing you the keys so you can leave our site feeling confident in your new vehicles technology and driving aids.

Frequently Asked Questions

Greenhous Group has been delivering vehicles nationwide for well over 100 years and by using our own fully trained drivers we can be sure that the handover you get at your designated delivery address will be just like visiting us in person. On the days leading up to your delivery, our driver will personally call to firstly introduce themselves but also make sure the delivery is ok to continue and you (our customer) are happy.

Our driver will once again contact you when they are within an hour of your chosen delivery address this is again to make sure you are happy to continue (as we know life doesn’t always go as planned). Once the driver reaches your designated delivery address he will first show you around your vehicle and then allow you some time to look over the vehicle at your own speed to enable you to make sure you are 100% happy with your new purchase. During this time if there is a part exchange to return our driver will access your vehicle and get it ready to return (through collection of documents and essential checks).

After these checks are completed the customer then signs to say they are happy to continue, the driver will give you a full handover if needed pointing out controls and vehicle features, and then leave you to enjoy your new vehicle.

Delivery can vary from vehicle to vehicle (size dependent) but our estimated costs start from £1 per mile from our door to your designated delivery address these costs can vary and your sales executive will be able to give you a full breakdown of costs before purchase.

Please don’t worry we completely understand that sometimes the situation can be a little overwhelming and the sales executive or aftersales department (just call or email us using the links at the top of this page) will happily help with any issues that may arise in the days after delivery.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer out-of-area servicing at the moment but we do have a very strong network of garages up and down the country that are tied to our warranty which means our customers are never too far away from one of our recommended sites.

If after purchase you are not completely happy with your new vehicle for any reason then please get back in touch with your designated sales executive who will always try and rectify these issues in an as quick and non-disruptive manner as possible.
