John Hanmer is a technician at the Shrewsbury based Greenhous DAF dealership. Bryan “Griff” Griffiths was warm in his praise of John saying, “It is a great achievement to offer your services to one employer for 25 years. The option to have commercial vehicles MOT tested through the Greenhous DAF dealerships was extended with the installation of an HGV MOT lane at the Shrewsbury branch at March Way earlier this year. This is in addition to the existing Greenhous DAF Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) at the Willenhall depot on Neachells Lane, which opened 3 years ago.
A Toyota Racing TS040 Hybrid won a podium finish at this year’s Le Mans 24 Hours, helping to extend the team’s lead in the FIA World Endurance Championship. Toyota finished third in a dramatic Le Mans 24 Hours race, but left the weekend disappointed after a frustrating race.
These are exciting times for 9 year old Bradd-Lee Timmis and his parents, Vicky and Antony Timmis. Most children would love to go to Paris to visit EuroDisney, but not Bradd for he is off to Paris to ride his KTM 65 motor cross bike for Great Britain in the MX Master Kids 2014 international event.
