Greenhous staff raise money for BEN.
Greenhous staff raised money for BEN, a not-for-profit organisation that partners with the automotive industry to provide support for life to its people and their families. BEN called on everyone working in the automotive industry to get involved in its first ever national fundraising event on 10th November 2016: Hats On For Mental Health Day.
The idea is simple, wearing a hat to work on 10th November 2016 and donate £1 or more to help BEN support colleagues in the automotive industry suffering from mental health challenges. Every pound donated will go back into providing relevant services for those who work in the industry and their families.
The new campaign and fundraising day aimed to shine a light on how mental health can affect anyone, at any time. The campaign is particularly relevant as new research by CIPD shows that around 1 in 3 people experience mental health challenges at work.
