Greenhous Fleet Services wins award from Enterprise

The positive relationship between Greenhous Fleet Services and Enterprise Holdings, the world’s largest car rental provider, has led to the former being awarded for their fleet storage provision for Enterprise Rent-A-Car over the past three years.

Kieran Griffin, Fleet Operations Co-ordinator, and Ben Coates, PDI Assistant, from Greenhous Fleet Services at the Greenhous Village High Ercall in Shropshire, were invited to attend a presentation lunch in London, hosted by Enterprise. In recognition of “their outstanding contribution in providing fleet storage services to Enterprise Rent-a-car” they were presented with an Award of Excellence.

Alasdair Maclean, Assistant Vice President Remarketing for Enterprise Holdings, was warm in his praise of Greenhous Fleet Services. He commented: “High Ercall showed the greatest year-on-year improvements of any of our vendors. They have shown true engagement with the KPI process, which has been demonstrated through swift change management and by maximizing all opportunities for performance improvement.

“They regularly receive positive feedback from our buyers, highlighting their service skills and excellent customer centric attitudes. Ben and Kieran continue to foster strong bonds with all levels of our business, efficiently assisting us with all queries and providing any help that we may require. Their quick responses and clear communication skills are a credit to their whole team.

“In 2018 they proved to be a great business partner, providing storage for several of our regions whilst managing to never let their standards dip despite such high volumes. At all times, their accuracy has been second to none, enhanced by their proactive and constant effort to manage their TMS dashboard. They are very hands-on in alerting us to vehicles which have fallen outside of standards so that they can be addressed efficiently prior to sale. In 2018, Greenhous embodied the standards we require from a business partner.”

Speaking on behalf of Greenhous Fleet Services, a delighted Kieran said: “We have established a very strong relationship with Enterprise over the past 3 years. We store their “delete” vehicles coming back off rental before they are sold on to dealers around the UK. Our relationship also includes Greenhous sourcing the original new fleet stock for Enterprise from a range of leading manufacturers.

“We store all makes and types of ex-rental vehicles and some will in fact be purchased by our own dealer principals for their own used stock. We have the ability to offer a flexible approach to storage as numbers can fluctuate. We have a 35 acre site which can accommodate our new fleet and storage vehicles together on dry, clean standing, covered by GPS tracking of all vehicle placements.

“It was an honour for Ben and I to be selected to go to London to receive the award.”
