Long established automotive company Greenhous has welcomed its 201st inductee into the 25 years’ service club.Geoff Lowe certainly has his hands full with responsibility for 54 staff across the service departments of Greenhous Shrewsbury and Greenhous Vauxhall in Telford.
Geoff was presented with a gold watch by Finance Director, Richard Potts, in front of some of his colleagues at Greenhous Vauxhall, Trench Lock in Telford.
For Geoff his career started as a YTS technician at W H Williams in Market Drayton, his home town, in 1986. The dealership dealt with Vauxhall and Volvo cars at that time. In 1995 Greenhous took over the dealership and introduced Nissan and Rover vehicles too.By 2000 Geoff was offered a post as Senior/Master Technician at the then brand new Greenhous Vauxhall dealership in Telford.
Through a series of promotions Geoff has graduated through a progression of roles to reach his present Aftersales Manager position. With a great deal of practical experience behind him, Geoff became Workshop Controller before being elevated to Assistant Service Manager.In 2013 Geoff took charge of the AfterSales teams at both Greenhous sites.
Classic Mini cars are a passion for Geoff who has four at present. He keeps them roadworthy and shows them at events occasionally. In his spare time Geoff enjoys holidays and socialising with his friends and family.
