Craig Howells is not afraid to challenge his body in the support of charities. The night shift technician from Greenhous Commercials in Wolverhampton is no stranger to pulling on his running shoes with his latest effort seeing him complete the Millennium Way Ultra over a distance of 41 miles within a 12 hour window.

The event takes competitors right across the county of Staffordshire form Burton-on-Trent to Newport on the Shropshire border.  Craig reveals: “The Millennium Way Ultra was the first event I have raised money for the Stroke Association. I tend to use different charities each event I do depending on if someone close to me has been affected in any way.  Among the charities I have supported are the Tommy baby charity, Cancer Research UK and Compton Hospice, to name a few.”

Craig’s unselfish contributions have raised a lot of money for some excellent good causes and he deserves much praise for doing so.  Well done, Craig!
