Cycling challenge for charity
This Saturday, 29th August, a group of 15 riders will take on a cycle tour from the Greenhous Vauxhall dealership in Trench Lock, Telford to Portmadog, on the North wales coast, a journey of 120 miles. The cyclists are mainly staff at Greenhous dealerships from Shrewsbury and Telford. The purpose of the trip is to raise funds on behalf of the Layla Jane Pitt Remembrance Trust, the proceeds of sponsorship are being used to provide equipment at the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and ongoing support for Hope House Children’s Hospice.

Tristan Pitt is the organiser of the charity cycle ride which has taken place in recent years as attribute to his daughter, Layla Jane who tragically died from a brain haemorrhage. Tristan is delighted with the level of support that the trip has gathered from sponsors and donations and hopes to raise several thousand pounds for the two causes. It is not too late to make a donation details are below.
