Much of Andy’s initial work on a vehicle revolves around using his laptop to diagnose faults and check systems. He undertakes continuous training courses to maintain his Gold Level status with the IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). In his new role Andy has taken on more responsibility including dealing with customer care and problem solving with the other technicians.
In his spare time Andy is a keen DIY enthusiast and loves computers and electronics, but he still finds time to be a devoted grandfather to his three year old grandson.
