These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the Free Thule Bicycle Rack Purchase Offer (the Promotion) provided by OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited (the Promoter).
1. Eligibility
1.1 To participate in the Promotion, a customer must:
· be a resident of the United Kingdom;
· be aged 18 or over;
· be a retail customer only. Business users, leasing customers and Motability customers are excluded;
· not be an employee of the Promoter, any participating retailer or their respective agents, or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion;
· satisfy the qualifying purchase requirements set out in clause 1.2; and
· be one of the first 200 eligible customers to make a Qualifying Purchase.
Where a qualifying vehicle has more than one purchaser or registered keeper, only one individual will be eligible to receive a reward in respect of that vehicle.
1.2 To qualify for the Promotion, an eligible customer must:
· purchase a new OMODA 7 or OMODA 9 vehicle from a participating retailer between 17 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive);
· ensure that the qualifying vehicle is registered by 31 December 2026;
· be the registered keeper of the qualifying vehicle; and
· be the individual purchasing or financing the qualifying vehicle, as applicable.
Only one reward is available per qualifying vehicle purchase, subject to a maximum of 200 rewards under the Promotion.
Cancelled, refunded or rescinded vehicle purchases will not qualify.
1.3 For the purpose of determining the first 200 qualifying customers, Qualifying Purchases will be recorded by participating retailers in the Promoter’s designated system. The date and time at which the Qualifying Purchase is recorded in that system will determine the customer’s position, subject to the Promoter subsequently verifying that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
2. Reward
2.1 Each eligible customer will receive a unique voucher code which may be redeemed for one Thule ProRide Bicycle Rack with free delivery (the Reward).
2.2 The voucher code:
· is personal to the eligible customer and non-transferable;
· has no cash value or cash alternative; and
· may only be redeemed once.
2.3 Once the Promoter has verified that the customer has satisfied the eligibility requirements, the customer will receive an email within 10 working days containing:
· their unique voucher code; and
· a link to the website through which the Reward may be ordered.
2.4 The voucher code must be redeemed by 23:59 on 31 March 2027.
If the voucher code is not redeemed by this deadline, the customer’s entitlement to the Reward will expire, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter at its discretion.
3. Reward Fulfilment
3.1 A maximum of 200 Rewards are available.
3.2 The Reward is provided and fulfilled by Freewheel.co.uk and may be subject to Freewheel.co.uk applicable terms and conditions, available at: https://www.freewheel.co.uk/terms-conditions
3.3 Grace & Courage Ltd and H Young (Operations) Ltd (trading as Freeweheel) may assist the Promoter with the administration and fulfilment of the Promotion.
3.4 The Reward is subject to availability. If the specified Reward becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative reward of equivalent or greater value.
3.5 The Reward is subject to the provider’s returns policy, see; https://www.freewheel.co.uk/faq-returns-refunds Where applicable, details of manufacturer guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the goods. Any warranty claim relating to the Reward will be subject to the applicable provider or manufacturer’s warranty terms.
4. Liability
4.1 The Reward is manufactured and supplied by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for matters concerning the manufacture, quality,
delivery or performance of the Reward which are the responsibility of the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
4.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to provide the Reward arising from:
· inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer;
· the customer’s failure to redeem the voucher by the applicable deadline; or
· circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
4.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
4.4 Nothing in these Terms affects a customer’s statutory rights.
5. Promotion Management
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify a customer’s eligibility and may request reasonable information or evidence for this purpose.
5.2 The Promoter may withhold or withdraw a Reward where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, provision of false or misleading information, or any other breach of these Terms.
5.3 If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data provided in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and arranging fulfilment of the Reward.
6.2 The Promoter may share relevant personal data with its appointed service providers and fulfilment partners, including Grace & Courage Ltd and H Young (Operations) Ltd (trading as Freeweheel), where necessary to administer and fulfil the Promotion.
6.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable Privacy Policy: https://omodaauto.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Where Grace & Courage Ltd, H Young (Operations) Ltd (trading as Freeweheel) or another reward partner processes personal data for its own purposes, its own privacy notice may also apply.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
