PANEL BEATER

Greenhous Accident Repair Centre in Shrewsbury and Newtown

 

Reporting to: Director of Bodyshops

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit for new Panel Beaters at our Greenhous Accident Repair Centres at Old Potts Way, Shrewsbury and Ford Newtown.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out various tasks to a high standard within a fast moving refurbishment workshop.

Communicating effectively with colleagues whilst passing on vehicles to the next stage in the repair process. 

Must be able to repair /replace panels.

Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Fully compliant with welding all steels and using panel pulling equipment.

Solid understanding of vehicle refurbishment processes.

Experience in panel repair and new panel fitment.

Keen eye for detail and quality.

Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach.

Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, i.e. 40 hours per week.

Reporting to: Service Manager

TECHNICIAN

Greenhous Vauxhall Telford

 

Reporting to: Aftersales Manager

A great opportunity has arisen to join our Service Team at Greenhous Vauxhall Telford as a Technician.

We have built a reputation on providing courteous and honest service, which together with your efficiency, skill, attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. You will also need to be fully skilled, with some main dealer experience an advantage. An MOT testing qualification would be desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and skilfully undertaking the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.

Carrying out inspection and service routines, repairs and testing of vehicles.

Communicating with Parts department to obtain parts needed, inform Workshop Controller if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary.

Working with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repair of customer vehicles.

Diagnosing vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/perform appropriate repairs.

Ensuring opportunities are identified to improve the business/profitability.

Full knowledge of our products and customer needs.

Support and help colleagues where required to deliver team priorities.

Undertake the necessary training and skills development.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Vauxhall experience is preferred but not essential as brand training will be given.

MOT experience would be desirable but not essential.

Customer orientated.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Week 2: Monday, 2.00pm to 11.00pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm. Friday, 2.00pm to 10.30pm.

Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm.

WARRANTY / SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton

 

Reporting to: Service Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warranty / Service Administrator to work within our busy Service department at Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating Retail, Warranty and Internal Invoices

Use of Dealer management systems

Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls

Photocopying, scanning documents as required

Using Microsoft Word & Excel

General office duties

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Previous experience desirable

Able to work under own initiative

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

Greenhous Nissan Shrewsbury

 

Reporting to: Aftersales Manager

A great opportunity has arisen to join the Greenhous Nissan team as a Warranty Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply the Nissan warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis.

Monitor daily warranty reports and update warranty register.

Assist retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

Post self-billing invoice and allocate accordingly.

Obtain Pre-Authorities as required.
