We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bodyshop Controller to join our dedicated team at Greenhous High Ercall.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading a team to deliver high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise the daily production schedule to ensure Bodyshop targets are achieved.
• Liaise with management and team members to ensure contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
• Approve vehicle estimates in line with customer standards, ensuring repair methods are correct and costings are accurate.
• Communicate effectively with all departments onsite to ensure all vehicles are processed efficiently.
• Control and organise all off site dealer bookings.
• Manage ADHOC jobs that fall out of normal processes (PDI claims, Site Damage etc.).
• Raise job cards and invoices via keyloop.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience in similar role.
• An understanding of repair processes and workflows.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft products.
