We’re looking for a skilled Bodyshop Panel Beater who takes real pride in precision repair work and wants to be part of a busy, professional bodyshop environment.

As a Bodyshop Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring structural integrity and high-quality finishes.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels.
• Carry out panel beating, pulling, and reshaping.
• Strip and refit vehicle components as required.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar bodyshop role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Relevant qualifications (ATA/NVQ preferred but not essential).
