As a key member of our Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards. Whether working on accident-damaged cars or restoring paintwork to its original factory finish, your work will be a vital part of ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preparation, masking, priming, and painting of vehicles using modern techniques and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are finished to the highest possible standards.
• Mix and match paint colours accurately using manufacturer-approved systems.
• Identify and report any additional repair work required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Work efficiently to meet targets and deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Collaborate with the wider Bodyshop and workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in a Bodyshop environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a pride in delivering top-quality finishes.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
