A new EXCITING opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Corporate Sales Co-Ordinator at our head office in High Ercall TF6 6RA. Working alongside brands such as Ford, Nissan, Omoda/Jaceoo & many more.

The Fleet Sales Co-Ordinator is a multi-skilled role that will work closely with the sales team and admin team to provide a 360 support to a high standard

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain internal and external systems to ensure that fleet transactions, customer information.

· Coordinate between the sales team & admin to ensure vehicle orders are signed off correctly.

· Contract and re-contract vehicles, ensuring all price protection terms are met.

· Order vehicles from manufacturer portals on behalf of customer orders and stock orders.

· Collaborate between internal departments and be a ensure tasks/deadlines are met.

· Build on current & create new relationships externally with our key customers & partners.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in a sales environment in automotive would be preferred but not necessary.

· Automotive experience would be advantageous.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal & communication skills with a professional manner.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Office based at High Ercall but flexibility available.
