We’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about digital channels, online campaigns, and data-driven marketing. You’ll play a key role in helping to plan, execute, and analyse our digital marketing activity across multiple platforms.

Working from locations in Shrewsbury, Telford & High Ercall with occasional meetings at other Greenhous sites.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Assist with reporting on and analysing campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Assist with email marketing, including creating campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance.
• Contribute to SEO and PPC activities — from keyword research to reporting on results.
• Work with the wider team to create digital content such as blog posts, graphics, and video assets.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar).
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
