A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Logistics Assistant at our High Ercall site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and transferring to relevant teams.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound POD’s are processed and filed away.
• Assist with authorising driver hours and expenses.
• Arranging parts delivery and collections.
• Liaise with customer care team, logging any complaints.
• Other administrative tasks involved within the department.
