We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Panel Beater to join our team at the High Ercall Limited Fleet site. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, professional environment dedicated to maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing vehicle bodywork to a high standard, ensuring our fleet remains in excellent condition. Your expertise will be essential in restoring damaged panels, straightening frames, and preparing vehicles for painting, helping us deliver outstanding results every time.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairing and restoring vehicle body panels and structures.
• Straightening frames and bodywork using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Removing damaged parts and fitting new panels as required.
• Preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, filling, and smoothing surfaces.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in line with health and safety policies.
• Collaborating closely with other workshop staff to meet operational targets.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar vehicle body repair role.
• Strong technical skills in metalwork and body repair techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Awareness of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.
• Good communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
