An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Car/LCV Parts Advisor at our Nissan and Geely site in Shrewsbury.

This role offers the chance to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking team where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department. Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, i.e. 42.5 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within a busy aftersales department.
• Pricing of parts identified by the workshop and update the system in a timely manner.
• Pre-pick all parts in line with the time frame set out.
• Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers.
• Satisfying internal parts requirements and interacting with our busy workshop team.
• Liaising with key suppliers.
• Adhering to all relevant Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
• Experience working to performance targets.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Key loop would be an advantage.
