We are looking for an organised and proactive PDI Administrator to join our busy team at our Cold Meece site, supporting the smooth and efficient preparation of vehicles prior to delivery.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and invoice warranty and recall claims.
• Recording documentation accurately onto Fleet system and Warranty system.
• Preparing book packs/key packs etc.
• Liaising with Fleet admin team.
• Perform any ad hoc duties within the PDI & Refurb Dept.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Strong Administration and IT Skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Self-motivated.
• Forward thinking.
• Accurate.
• Computer literate (Microsoft packages/CLAIT).
