Due to continued growth at Greenhous Limited’s Fleet High Ercall site, the PDI Department is now seeking to expand its team with the addition of a PDI Assistant.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the department’s operations, ensuring that all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before delivery.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer job cards, plates ordering, invoicing and ensuring warranty procedures and documentation are all correct and completed on time.
• Arrange vehicles ready for PDI technicians.
• Assist with vehicle checks where necessary.
• Ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery at the pre-determined date.
• Ensuring all necessary manufacturer and customer checks and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to any sales and customer emails.

• Applicants must be highly motivated and organised.
• Computer literate.
• Able to demonstrate the ability of forward planning.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
