A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Retail Assistant to join the team at our first satellite site in Shrewsbury.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Achieve agreed Finance and Value-added products targets.
• Establish new sales contacts.
• Build and maintain opportunities within the retail purchase sector.
• Follow the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty and brand standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines.
• Maintain displays and company premises to the highest standards.
• Retain existing customers and secure new customer within the retail sector.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous Sales experience would be desirable.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Personable and enthusiastic, with a determination to succeed.
• A full UK driver’s licence is essential.
