Greenhous Group is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team at Greenhous Shrewsbury, representing the exciting brands OMODA, JAECOO, Vauxhall and Chery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established motor group while being part of the growth of innovative new brands.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional and friendly service experience from start to finish.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and handling service and repair bookings.
• Providing clear explanations of work required and associated costs.
• Updating customers on vehicle progress and managing expectations.
• Liaising with technicians and workshop control.
• Preparing invoices and processing payments.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Experienced in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Confident using dealer management systems.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
