Greenhous is expanding its team and currently looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join us as a Van Ply Liner and Accessory Fitter at our High Ercall site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced fleet environment, preparing vehicles for commercial use with high-quality ply lining and accessory installation.

As a Van Ply Liner and Accessory Fitter, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation of interior ply lining, racking systems, and a wide range of accessories such as roof racks, beacons, tow bars, and more. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our vehicles are safe, functional, and ready for our clients’ needs.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting ply lining kits, shelving, and racking systems to commercial vans.
• Installing a variety of accessories including roof racks, internal lighting, towbars, and security locks.
• Using hand and power tools accurately and safely.
• Working from fitting instructions, technical drawings, and customer specifications.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any defects or issues.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience in van ply lining, vehicle accessory fitting, or similar hands-on vehicle modification work is preferred.
• Confident in using tools and equipment in a workshop setting.
• Ability to read and follow fitting instructions and technical diagrams.
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a workshop environment.
