We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as a Compound Assistant, based at our High Ercall site.

This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our compound facilities. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and contribute to a forward-thinking business.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising the movement and delivery of vehicles within the compound.
• Managing all staff within the department, communicating instructions to compound assistants and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide primary site logistic support and movement when receiving deliveries of new and used vehicles.
• Maintain a tidy and professional working environment.
• Ensuring that vehicles are ready to be sent for delivery.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Please note the job entails a considerable amount of walking and working outdoors.
• Good leadership skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
