We’re on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Painter and Prepper to join our welcoming and professional team. Based at our Cold Meece site, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they leave our facility looking their absolute best.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand and rub cars in preparation for painting.
• Paint all makes of cars.
• Masking of all makes of cars.
• Polishing cars.
• Mix paint to correct specification.
• Ensure the preparation of all cars leaving the Bodyshop is completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or Painter in a similar environment.
• Understand repair techniques for all makes of cars.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
