1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition (“Promotion”) is Greenhous Group Limited, Greenhous Village, High Ercall, Osbaston, Telford, TF6 6RA, (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

  • One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

  • Employees of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers, and immediate families (or anyone connected with the administration of the Promotion) are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens on 24 October 2025 AT 00:00am  and closes on 31 October 2025 at 23:59pm.
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code displayed and complete the online entry form with your full name and email address.
No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

5. The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay for two adults at a UK hotel or countryside retreat.

  • The prize is subject to availability

  • Travel, meals, insurance, spending money, and all other costs are not included.

  • The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of winner notification.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the stated prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • All valid entries will be entered into a random draw conducted by the Promoter or an independent third party within 5 working days after the Promotion closes.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided within 5 working days of the draw.

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours of the email being sent to confirm acceptance of the prize.

  • If no response is received within this time, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Publicity & Winner Details

  • The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels after the draw.

  • The winner may be asked (but is not obliged) to participate in reasonable publicity.

8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions if required by circumstances beyond its control.

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete due to technical issues or otherwise.

  • The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
