Sonia commented on her achievement by saying:

"Taking part in DAF’s Driver Academy program has been quite an opportunity and I was so pleased to have passed my final assessment, which involved a theory test and a two stage practical, features into practice and a commentary drive. The training includes areas of improving driver performance, the features available on the vehicle and their benefits, both for the best fuel efficiency and environmental impact. I am confident that working this closely with DAF HQ, I can now help drivers and operators get the very best out of their new vehicles."
