All Manufacturer’s Original Components
All manufacturer’s original components are covered for mechanical or electrical failure.
Exclusions include wear and tear items (e.g. tyres, brake pads, wiper blades), damage caused by accidents or misuse, routine maintenance and servicing, and cosmetic repairs.

How Does A Service Activated Warranty Work?
- To qualify for the Nissan Service Activated Warranty, the eligible EV must be serviced in line with Nissan’s recommended service schedule (timings based on model and/or mileage, consult your vehicle Service and Maintenance Booklet).
- When the time comes, you must visit a Nissan Dealership or Nissan Authorised Repairer for the service prior to your manufacturer expiry (36 months or 60,000 miles). For most drivers, this would be your third service.
- After that service is completed, your first Service Activated Warranty is activated and when your manufacturer warranty expires, you remain covered up until when your next service is due. Continue to service your EV at Nissan and get a further 12 months warranty following each service until the vehicle’s sixth anniversary (72 months) or until the EV reaches 100,000 miles, whichever is sooner.

When Does A Serviced Activated Warranty Start?

Provided the EV has been serviced at Nissan according to the service schedule, Service Activated Warranty is available until the vehicle’s sixth anniversary (72 months) or until the EV reaches 100,000 miles, whichever is sooner.
To qualify for Service Activated Warranty, you must service your Nissan EV in line with your vehicle’s Service and Maintenance Booklet. It’s usually due annually or based on a certain mileage. The final service before your manufacturer warranty expires, must be at a Nissan Dealership or Authorised Repairer. Once that service is completed, your Service Activated Warranty will be activated.

Do I Receive Confirmation Of My Warranty?

To qualify for the Nissan Service Activated Warranty, the eligible EV must be serviced in line with Nissan’s recommended service schedule (timings based on model and/or mileage, consult your vehicle Service and Maintenance Booklet) during the manufacturer warranty period.
Provided the vehicle has been serviced in line with these requirements, the scheduled service prior to the manufacturer expiry date must then be completed at a Nissan Dealership or Authorised Repairer. Service Activated Warranty will then commence. Cover is then provided for up to 12 months following each qualifying service until the vehicle’s sixth anniversary (72 months) or until the EV reaches 100,000 miles, whichever is sooner.
Service Activated Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners, subject to ongoing eligibility. For qualifying EV’s purchased outside of the Nissan network, a vehicle health inspection will be required before activation. If a scheduled service is missed or carried out outside the Nissan network, cover will lapse.
Electric vehicle battery coverage is subject to separate manufacturer battery warranty terms. Cover excludes routine servicing, normal wear and team items and damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or external influences.
